The project generally consists of replacing existing guardrail, barricades and appurtenances with new materials and products which will meet new safety standards, shoulder rehabilitation, minor concrete, and striping and pavement markings. The project will be governed by the Contract Documents included herewith, including the Caltrans State Standard Specifications, 2018 edition, in the order of precedence as set forth herein.

Project Description: The work includes, but is not limited to the demolition of existing steel platform and stairs, structural aluminum, grouting, miscellaneous metals, modifications and repair to concrete and completing all appurtenant work in place, as shown in these Special Provisions and other Contract Documents on file in the Public Works Department, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

Project Description: The project generally consists of roadway rehabilitation by Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and cement treatment, roadway widening, rubberized cape seal, construction of Class IV bicycle lanes, steel and reinforced concrete retaining walls/barriers, guardrails, drainage improvements, fire hydrant relocation, striping and pavement markings. The project will be governed by the Contract Documents included herewith, including the Caltrans State Standard Specifications, 2018 edition, in the order of precedence as set forth herein.

The Project proposes to replace approximately 2,280 feet of existing potable water mains, including all associated valves, fire hydrants, and service connections along Viewmont Drive between East 3rd and East 5th Street as well as Francisca and Pacifica Courts

Owner is requesting price proposals for the furnishment, and delivery of Water Line Piping and appurtenances as described in Appendix A – Material Specifications and Appendix B – Reference Drawings included in this document.

The work consists of the installation of accessible parking and concrete path of travel, ADA concrete ramp, accessible doors. An accessible rest room, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting interior and exterior, dry wall and lighting.
